Notifications
Notification settings decide which automated emails your organization sends — receipts, reminders, lease notices and more.
Master switch + per-toggle
- A master switch turns all notification emails on or off for your organization.
- Per-notification toggles let you enable or disable individual messages.
Both apply together: a message only sends if the master switch is on and that message's toggle is on.
Configure
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Use the master switch to enable notifications overall.
- Toggle the individual notifications you want on or off.
- Save.
Note
Most automated mail respects these toggles. A small number of essential/transactional messages may always send. If a specific message isn't behaving as you expect, contact support.
Per-organization
If you manage multiple organizations, notification (and reminder/auto-send) settings are applied per organization — one org's settings won't leak into another.
