Create Center
The Create Center is a shortcut hub for creating the records you use most — without hunting through the menus. It groups creation shortcuts by area, including:
- Properties & Tenants — Property, Tenant
- Leasing — Lease, Quick Lease, Lease Type, Program
- Payments & Accounting — Invoice, Receive Payment, Expense, Journal Entry, Recurring Transaction, Account, Fixed Asset
- Banking — Bank Account, Link Bank, Bank Rule
- Late Fees — Late Fee Policy
- Marketing — Lead, Listing, Application Form, Email Template
- Contractors & Maintenance — Contractor, Payment Request, Quotation, Maintenance Request
- Administration — User Invitation, Role

Use it
- Open the Create Center.
- Pick what you want to create.
- You're taken straight to the right form.
Tip
If your team creates the same kinds of records all day, the Create Center is the fastest starting point.
