Billing And Plan
Billing & Plan is where you manage your RentAxis subscription.
Manage your subscription
- Go to Billing (or Settings → Billing & Plan).
- View your current plan, usage, and invoices.
- Upgrade or change your plan as your portfolio grows.
Plan limits
Some plans cap things like the number of units/properties. When an action would exceed your plan — for example importing many Products as units — the extra items are skipped and reported rather than silently exceeding your limit.
Tip
If imports are skipping records due to limits, upgrading your plan raises the cap so the next import can include them.
