Export Center
The Export Center lets you take your data out of RentAxis — for backups, sharing with an accountant, or analysis in a spreadsheet.
What you can export
Properties, Units, Properties with Units, Tenants, Vendors / Contractors, Users, Leases, Lease Types, Programs, Invoices, and Expenses. Most types offer a Standard layout and a QuickBooks-formatted layout.
Export data
- Go to Export Center.
- Choose what to export and the format (Standard or QuickBooks, where available).
- Generate the export and download the file.
Tip
Exports are a quick way to hand your accountant exactly the records they need without giving them a login.
