Files

Files is a single place to browse every document across your organization — leases, receipts, photos, and other attachments — gathered from the records they're attached to.

Browse files

  • Search and filter by source, type, or collection, and sort the list.
  • Preview or download any file.
  • Each file links back to the record it belongs to (a property, expense, tenant, maintenance request, and so on).

You upload documents where you create them — for example, a receipt on an expense or an agreement on a lease — and they then appear here. The Files page itself is a browser, not an upload tool.

Tip

Attaching receipts to expenses and agreements to leases keeps documents where you'll actually look for them later — and surfaces them all in one place here.
