Pipeline

The Pipeline at Marketing → Pipeline is a Kanban-style board that shows your leads grouped into columns by status. It's the fastest way to see your whole funnel at a glance and to move prospects forward.

The columns

Each column is a lead status. Leads appear as cards in the column that matches their current status:

  • New Lead
  • Contacted
  • Showing Scheduled
  • Applied
  • Under Review
  • Approved
  • Lease Signed

Note

Lost leads are intentionally hidden from the pipeline board so it stays focused on active prospects. You can still find them on the Leads list by filtering on the Lost status.

Moving leads through stages

Drag a lead's card from one column to another to update its status — the change is saved immediately. You can also change the status from the lead's detail page.

Pipeline stats

The top of the board summarizes your funnel health:

  • Total leads — active leads in the pipeline.
  • New this week — leads created in the last seven days.
  • Showings scheduled — leads with an upcoming showing.
  • Needs follow-up — leads whose follow-up date has arrived or passed.

From card to lease

Click any card to open the full lead, where you can email the prospect, schedule a showing, request documents, and ultimately create a lease with Quick Lease. As a lead progresses, keep its column up to date so your stats and the Marketing overview funnel stay accurate.
