Marketing
Overview
The marketing tools help you fill vacancies — from capturing interest to converting applicants into signed leases.
The pieces
| Tool | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Overview | A dashboard of your marketing activity. |
| Leads | Prospective tenants who've shown interest. |
| Pipeline | A Kanban board for moving leads through stages toward signing. |
| Listings | Publish available units to your public rentals site. |
| Email Templates | Reusable emails for outreach and follow-up. |
| Scheduled Emails | Emails queued to send to leads at a chosen time. |
| Application Forms | Forms prospects fill out to apply, shareable via form links. |
A typical flow
- A unit is listed publicly (see Listings).
- Interested people inquire and become leads (manual entry works too).
- You move leads through the pipeline, following up with email templates.
- A prospect submits an application form.
- When approved, you create their lease — Quick Lease can do this straight from the lead.
The Overview dashboard
The Overview page at Marketing → Overview summarizes your funnel:
- Lead stats — total, active, new this month (with month-over-month change), converted, conversion rate, lost leads, and follow-ups due.
- Engagement — active listings, listing views and inquiries, and application-form submissions.
- Charts — leads by source, leads by status, a 12-month lead trend, top properties by interest, recent leads, and a conversion funnel from new leads through to signed.
Note
Each marketing module is permission-gated and depends on the marketing plan feature. Email templates, scheduled emails, and application forms are individually plan-gated, so what you see may depend on your subscription and role.
