View Your Lease
Your portal shows your current lease and any documents that need your attention.
View your lease
Go to Leases in your portal to see your lease term, rent and details.
Sign your agreement
When your property manager sends a lease or renewal for signature:
- You'll get an email with a secure signing link (and it appears in your portal).
- Open it, review the document carefully.
- Sign electronically to complete it.
Note
Once signed, the document is final. If something needs to change afterward, your property manager will send a revised version to sign.
Renewals
When your lease is up for renewal, your manager may send a renewal offer to review and sign the same way.
