Document Requests
Your property manager may ask you to provide documents (proof of insurance, ID, income, etc.). You can handle these from your portal.
Respond to a document request
- Go to Documents in your portal — pending requests are listed there (and you may get an email).
- Open the request and upload the file(s) asked for.
- Submit. Your manager is notified that you've responded.
Find your documents
Your Documents page also holds files shared with you, such as your signed lease.
Tip
Clear photos or PDFs work best. If a file is rejected, your manager will let you know what's needed.
