Pay Rent
If your property manager has online payments enabled, you can pay rent and fees right from your portal.
Make a payment
- Log in to your tenant portal.
- Go to Transactions (or open the invoice from your home screen).
- Find the open invoice and click Pay Now.
- Enter your card or bank (ACH) details and confirm.
- You'll see the invoice marked paid and get a receipt.
Tip
You can also pay directly from the payment link in an invoice email — no need to log in first.
Payment history
Your Transactions page lists every charge and payment, so you can see what's been paid and what's still due.
Partial payments and questions
If you can only pay part of a balance, or you have a question about a charge, contact your property manager — they manage the invoices and can help.
Security
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number is never stored by the app.
