Activate Your Portal
Your property manager uses RentAxis to handle your lease, rent and documents. Your tenant portal is where you do all of that in one place.
Activate your account
- Look for an invitation email from your property manager.
- Click the link to set your password.
- Log in — you'll land on your portal home.
Note
Didn't get an invite? Check your spam folder, then ask your property manager to resend it. They can also add your email if it isn't on file yet.
What you can do in the portal
- View your lease and sign documents.
- Pay rent online and see your payment history.
- Submit and track applications.
- Upload documents your manager requests.
- Read announcements from your property manager.
Logging in later
Go to the login page and sign in with your email and password. Use Forgot password if you need to reset it.
