Invitations
Invitations are how you bring new team members into your organization without creating their password for them.
Send an invitation
- Go to Invitations → Invite (or add a user and choose to invite).
- Enter their email and the role they should have.
- Send. They receive an email to set their own password and join.
Manage pending invites
The Invitations list shows who's been invited (email, role, who invited them) and the status — Pending, Accepted, or Expired. For an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet, you can Resend it or Delete it to revoke access. Invitations expire after a few days.
Note
Invitations carry the role you chose, scoped to this organization. If you manage multiple organizations, invite the person in each one with the appropriate role.
