Activity Log

The Activity Log records significant actions taken in your organization — who did what, and when — so you have an audit trail.

View the log

Go to Activity Log. Entries typically show the user, the action, the affected record, and a timestamp.

Use it for

  • Accountability — see who made a change.
  • Troubleshooting — trace when something changed.
  • Auditing — keep a record of key operations.

Tip

If a record looks different than you expected, the activity log is the first place to check what changed and who changed it.
