Submit A Quote

When a property manager needs work done, you can submit a quotation with your price and scope.

Create a quote

1. Go to Quotations in your portal.
2. Create a quotation (or open the request you were sent).
3. Add line items — describe the work and the cost for each.
4. Review the total and submit it to the property manager.

After you submit

• The manager reviews your quote and may approve it or ask for changes.
• Once approved and the work is done, you can request payment.
