Get Paid

Before you can receive payments, set up your payout details so the property manager's payments can reach you.

Set up payouts

  1. Go to Payment Setup in your portal.
  2. Follow the steps to add your payout method (e.g. bank account details, or connect a payout account).
  3. Save and confirm.

Important

Double-check your account details. Incorrect payout information is the most common reason payments are delayed.

Updating your details

You can return to Payment Setup any time to update your information — for example if you change banks.
