Get Paid
Before you can receive payments, set up your payout details so the property manager's payments can reach you.
Set up payouts
- Go to Payment Setup in your portal.
- Follow the steps to add your payout method (e.g. bank account details, or connect a payout account).
- Save and confirm.
Important
Double-check your account details. Incorrect payout information is the most common reason payments are delayed.
Updating your details
You can return to Payment Setup any time to update your information — for example if you change banks.
