If a property manager works with you through RentAxis, you get a contractor portal to submit quotes, request payment and track what you've been paid.

Activate your account

1. Open the invitation email from the property manager.
2. Set your password via the link.
3. Log in to your contractor portal.

What you can do

• Submit quotations for work orders.
• Request payment for completed work.
• Set up your payout details to get paid.
• Review your transactions and payment history.
